Most importantly, remind yourself of your why. You’re making changes for you—for your health, confidence, energy, and well-being. That’s reason enough.

Criticism will always exist, but your response is what matters most. Stay rooted in self-respect, and don’t let someone else’s discomfort dim your progress. You deserve to take up space, improve your life, and feel proud every step of the way.
